The IFU Digital Summer School 2021 is a condensed online learning experience covering the topic of "Raw Material Processing and Thermal Stabilisation (treatment)".

It will take place on the 15th June at 2 pm CET as a condensed digital on-line learning experience covering the topic of “Raw material processing and thermal stabilisation (treatment)”. There will be 5 lectures, Q&A sessions and short videos on the Parma University facilities which will be used for the live event in 2022 such as laboratories and pilot plant equipment.

The IFU University Summer School (rescheduled from 2020) was due to take place from the 15th to 17th of June 2021 in anticipation that the COVID pandemic would have improved sufficiently to allow a course such as this to take place. However, due to the current unpredictable situation and the restrictions likely to be in place during June, we are once again having to postpone the course until the middle of 2022.

There will be 5 lectures, Q&A sessions and short videos on the Parma University facilities which will be used for the live event in 2022 such as laboratories and pilot plant equipment. These lectures will be refreshed for the full live event in 2022.

Online registration is available until 11th of June 2021 at the following link https://ifu-fruitjuice.com/
