IFU Juice Processing Summer School 2025 - IV edition

From 24 to 26 June 2025 the School, in collaboration with IFU - International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association, is organizing the IFU Juice Processing Summer School for the fourth consecutive year.
If you are a Unipr student on the degree courses in Food Science and Technology, Food Safety and Risk Management, Engineering for the Food Industry or a PhD student in Food Science and Industrial Engineering, apply and you will be able to participate for free.
