The Seasonal School in Food City Design is organised by the School of Advanced Studies on Food and Nutrition, the Food Policy and Unesco Creative City Office of the municipality of Parma and supported by the Parma Unesco Creative City of Gastronomy Foundation and the association "Parma, io ci sto!"
