Parma stands for food. Since ever, it has been the place where scientific, technological and economic skills come together around food and its research, creation and narrative. This is one of the reasons why Parma University's School of Advanced Studies on Food and Nutrition represents a unique reality on a national level.

The activities match the territorial vocation with a dense network that links them with international bodies and universities in a dynamic, efficient context, full of spirit of initiative, ensuring interactions with frontier areas also in the regulatory field and in communication.

One of the most relevant goals of the School is to focus both on certified professionals and talented young people, offering a range of highly qualified training courses in order to enrich their wealth of skills, in an interdisciplinary perspective. The educational offer includes masters, workshops, summer schools, advanced courses and has a strong link with the world of food research, in all its possible forms.
