Law and Policy

This subject area promotes and develops scientific research, teaching and training activities about public policies on food and nutrition, in compliance with high levels of health protection and with the goals of sustainable development. It particularly focuses on risk regulation in the food sector and on preventing and suppressing food offenses, through the analysis of legal rules and of the national, european and international case-law.
