As concerns Food Processing, the School of Advanced Studies on Food and Nutrition takes interest in scientific, teaching and training activities pursuing the design, development, improvement and technology transfer of food processes and techniques. The development of innovative food processes and technologies and the improvement of the existing ones represent a challenge for food quality and sustainability.

With this in mind, the School aims to represent excellence at training and exchange, and a meeting point between public and private researchers in the field of food technologies.
